Cocos Island
Shark Conservation Expedition
September 6th to 16th 2025
We take pride in offering our customers and friends an expedition to Cocos Island scheduled from September 6th to 16th, 2025. During this expedition, biologist Marta Cambra, an expert in sharks with extensive research experience on the island, will accompany you. She’ll share insights from her studies through engaging talks and presentations during a journey filled with numerous high-quality dives.
You’ll be able to explore the depths where hammerhead sharks gather, alongside manta rays, tiger sharks, white tip sharks, whale sharks, and bustling schools of jacks.
Harnessing the power of deep ocean currents, Cocos Island becomes a thriving haven for diverse marine life, offering a playground for pelagic animals. On land, the lush tropical forests and the allure of lost Spanish gold add a touch of mystery, creating an island that’s not only visually stunning but steeped in pirate legends. This unique fusion sets the stage for an unparalleled expedition, proudly presented by Saltwater Connection.
